All prices on the website include FREE standard shipping. Your Wignee Hair extensions are shipped from our warehouses located in Xuchang now.

It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday,also Saturday. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Monday or Tuesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order shipped out. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

We now use FedEx, Ups and DHL as our main shipping provider.

Most international orders will be received with 3-5 businessed days,such USA, Europe, Canada. International Orders: On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take 5-10 days or even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Brazil, Mexico, and Romania. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

Track Your Order 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

International Taxes And Duties 

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Wignee Hair, and thus cannot be refunded.

Please note that DHL pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at destination, plus a small administration fee.

Wrong Address Disclaimer 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.

Delivered But Not Delivered

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged.

  1. Any claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 7 days from delivery date. It must be accompanied by photos displaying the evidence of claims. Or you can keep the item and negotiate with our customer service for the solution directly.

  2. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags, any paperwork, manuals, accessories and free gifts. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged.   1. Do I need to pay a fee if I want to cancel my order?

Regarding this issue, it is necessary to clarify whether the goods have been shipped by the carrier. If the order is only being processed, then you will not be liable and the money will be refunded in full. If the goods have been sent by the carrier, the order cannot be cancelled.

 

  1. How do I make a return?

Easy: e-mail us at [email protected] and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.

 

  1. What is the return period?

We will provide a refund period on unused hair extensions within (7) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.

 

  1. Why are Wignee Hair extensions non-returnable if opened?

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

 

  1. Do I have to pay for the return processing fee and shipping fee of my return?

That all depends. If there are wrong items or quality problem as soon as you get the item, you are not responsible for the return processing fee, we will send you free return label and pay for shipping cost, Otherwise you will pay a $20 return processing fee and shipping.
We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because Wignee Hair will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you

  1. May I return my Wignee Hair without contact you or getting an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization)?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.

 

  1. When will I receive my refund?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund.
